A core part of Jentech’s global heritage is its commitment to quality. It is Jentech’s policy to produce products that meet or exceed its customers’ requirements. Providing high quality products, that are defect free and delivered on-time is the objective of each Jentech location. Jentech’s quality policy is designed from project inception and is controlled throughout their tooling and manufacturing processes to the packaging of the finished parts and also Jentech adopted the TQM philosophy throughout organization.
To ensure this, the quality system of Jentech component production facilities is ISO 9001:2000 registered. In addition, many Jentech facilities have been trying to acquire TS 16949 certification, and Jentech is expected to obtain the certification by the end of 2011. Jentech’s quality system employs the use of in-line statistic control systems, statistical process control and 8D report methodology as required to deal with customers’s quality problems.
