• Jentech's plating facility provides Reel-to-Reel Ag selective plating lines for Lead Frame and Rack Ni plating lines dedicated for Heat Spreader.

• Customers can choose from a multitude of electro deposition technologies including selective frush, selective stripe, controlled depth and overall flood.

• All plating is done in our modern facilities, where we examine and analyze samples from each production lot in our quality control lab and archive them.

• Jentech also inspects plating composition and thickness with x-ray fluorescence and other high-tech methodologies.
