Stakeholder Engagement

Stakeholder identification and communication form the core foundation of corporate social responsibility.
With reference to the AA1000 Stakeholder Engagement Standard 2015, which sets out five key principles—Dependency, Responsibility, Influence, Diverse Perspectives, and Tension—Jentech has identified five primary stakeholder groups: employees, customers, shareholders (investors), suppliers, and competent authorities (including the Stock Exchange, Environmental Protection Bureau, Energy Bureau, Ministry of Labor, etc.).

In addition to establishing various communication channels within our daily operations to maintain ongoing interaction with stakeholders, we have also set up an external communication mailbox and customer service hotline on Jentech’s website. Through these channels, we actively gather and understand feedback and opinions from key stakeholders related to our business activities, such as investors, customers, and suppliers.
