Green Factory and Sustainable Operations

Driven by the global wave of sustainability and industrial transformation, corporate responsibility extends beyond financial performance to encompass commitments to environmental protection, social inclusion, and good governance. Sustainable operation is not only key to a company's long-term development but also a responsibility we owe to our employees, customers, supply chain partners, and the general public.

Facing the pressure of global net-zero transition and the carbon reduction requirements from client supply chains, our company regards "climate and energy management" as a core project for corporate resilience and sustainable competitiveness. Since 2021, we have been promoting the introduction of ISO 14064-1 across all our plants, driving climate action through three major axes: data inventory, system implementation, and continuous investment in carbon reduction. Starting in Taiwan, we are gradually expanding this effort to global sites, establishing a low-carbon governance framework with international consistency.

We deeply understand that as part of the manufacturing industry, our impact on the environment cannot be ignored. Therefore, we have built a comprehensive environmental safety and health management system and obtained international certifications such as ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, forming a complete cycle from policy and audits to continuous improvement. Through annual management reviews and third-party verification, we ensure that all indicators comply with international standards and regulatory requirements. In 2023, we conducted a carbon footprint inventory for our main products and obtained certification, while actively introducing energy-saving equipment and optimizing process efficiency. The introduction of the ISO 50001 energy management system in 2025 will lay the foundation for moving towards low-carbon manufacturing.
