We strictly comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Labor Standards Act, the Employment Service Act, the Regulations on the Permission and Administration of the Employment of Foreign Workers, and relevant labor rights protection guidelines issued by the Ministry of Labor. In addition, we align our practices with internationally recognized human rights and labor standards, such as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the United Nations Global Compact, the International Labour Organization Conventions, the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, and the Responsible Business Alliance Code of Conduct, in establishing this Human Rights Policy.
