We conduct regular and ad hoc communications and training sessions for both local and foreign employees to raise awareness of relevant laws and employee rights. In addition, we have established dedicated policies and procedures, including the Prevention and Management Guidelines for Unlawful Infringement During the Performance of Duties, under which every reported case is strictly monitored and followed up. We ensure prompt investigation and appropriate handling of each case, while providing necessary legal assistance, psychological support, and protective measures to affected individuals.
