Social Engagement

As a responsible corporate citizen, Jentech recognizes that pursuing economic performance goes hand in hand with the responsibility to promote social well-being and environmental sustainability. Guided by the principle of “giving back to society what we gain from it,” we integrate corporate social responsibility into our daily operations.

Since 2019, Jentech has actively participated in the Taoyuan City Environmental Protection Bureau’s river adoption program, committing to regular patrols and environmental maintenance along the Xucuo Harbor and the estuary sections of Laojie River. With the guiding principle of “community well-being and enhanced safety,” we also provide ongoing support to local neighborhood watch associations and community offices in the Dayuan District, contributing resources to local charity initiatives, mutual assistance programs, and community development efforts.

In support of disadvantaged groups and local education, Jentech has long made donations to the Taoyuan City Social Assistance Fund and Neihai Elementary School in the Dayuan District, helping expand educational resources and promote diverse learning programs. We also actively participate in winter charity initiatives organized by local councilors, delivering care and warmth through companionship and community engagement, allowing goodwill to continue growing within the community.

To support local education and enhance youth practical skills, Jentech collaborates annually with nearby universities and colleges to promote industry–academia cooperation programs. Together, we design practical training courses and professional development initiatives that enable students to gain hands-on experience while studying. These programs also provide students with stable employment environments and diverse career development opportunities, helping cultivate and identify suitable future talent.

Jentech has established long-term partnerships with Lunghwa University of Science and Technology and Vanung University. As of 2025 (ROC Year 114), more than 100 students have participated in our cooperative education and training programs. Among them, over 20 trainees have been formally retained after completing their training, while an additional 44 students continue to develop their skills through on-the-job learning. These efforts demonstrate Jentech’s strong commitment to talent cultivation and sustainable operations.

In terms of domestic cultural development, Jentech continues to actively promote local culture by supporting Taiwanese performing arts groups and domestic films. To date, we have invested more than NTD 7 million in cultural promotion, reading education, performing arts, and local creative initiatives. Looking ahead, Jentech will continue to deepen its commitment to cultural development, actively give back to society, and move forward together with Taiwan toward a more culturally enriched, inclusive, and creative sustainable future.
