Board of Directors
The nomination of board members is carried out through a rigorous selection process. The Rules for Election of Directors clearly stipulate the procedures and criteria for nomination, qualifications, and evaluation of candidates submitted by the Board. When selecting directors, consideration is given not only to each candidate’s professional expertise, experience, business judgment, ethical conduct, and leadership reputation, but also to the diversity of the board as a whole.
Jentech’s Board of Directors consists of nine members with diverse backgrounds, spanning various industries and academic fields. Three of the directors are independent, representing one-third of the Board. A strong emphasis is also placed on gender equality, with a target of having at least one female director.
