Jentech committees to operational transparency, places great importance on shareholder rights, and believes that a sound and efficient board of directors is the foundation of good corporate governance. Based on this belief, Jentech’s Board of Directors has established several functional committees—including the Audit Committee, the Remuneration Committee, the Nomination Committee, and the Corporate Sustainability Committee—to assist the Board in fulfilling its duties. The chairs of these committees regularly report to the Board of Directors.
