Employee Care and Feedback

Jentech is committed to fostering an open and transparent workplace culture and has established multiple labor–management communication platforms to encourage employees to share their ideas, opinions, and suggestions with management in a timely manner. Through these efforts, we aim to build an efficient communication mechanism founded on mutual trust.

To ensure that employee voices are fully heard and promptly translated into concrete actions, the Company convenes regular quarterly labor–management meetings and dedicated communication forums for foreign employees. These meetings focus on key topics such as working conditions, employee benefits, and workplace safety, with follow-up actions closely monitored to ensure continuous improvement.

In addition, the Company conducts an annual employee care and satisfaction survey through online questionnaires to better understand employees’ perceptions of working conditions, labor rights, workplace environment, and corporate governance practices. The survey results serve as an important reference for enhancing labor systems and optimizing human resource policies.
