Board Members

+ Chung-Hsin Chao｜Founder & Chairman

  • Education: Mr. Chao studied at Hsin Chuang Senior High School and entered the mold manufacturing industry at an early age. Through years of hands-on experience at multiple mold factories, he developed deep expertise in mold design and precision processing. With over 50 years of industry experience, he laid a solid technical foundation for the establishment of Jentech Precision Industrial Co., Ltd.

  • Industry Experience: Mr. Chao founded his first mold company in 1978, focusing on automotive audio molds, a rapidly growing sector in Taiwan at the time. In 1987, he established Jentech and led its expansion from mold manufacturing into high-value components for thermal solution, automotive electronics, and semiconductor parts. Since Jentech’s IPO in 2009, Mr. Chao has driven sustained growth and maintained the leadership position in precision manufacturing. He has been recognized by Harvard Business Review as one of Taiwan’s Top 100 Business Leaders.

​+ Yung-Tsang Chao｜Founder & Vice Chairman

  • Education: Mr. Chao graduate from the Affiliated Senior High School of National Taiwan Normal University. With a strong entrepreneurial spirit from an early age, he co-founded Jentech with his brother, Chairman Chung-Hsin Chao. He specializes in corporate management and strategic planning, providing the Board with valuable insights for long-term strategy and governance.

  • Industry Experience: As Co-founder and Vice Chairman, Mr. Chao oversees operational leadership, financial strategy, resource integration, and capacity planning. He brings extensive experience in managing multinational clients and advancing international expansion. He also plays a key role in major investments and group strategy execution, helping Jentech sustain its competitive leadership in precision metal processing and expand globally.

+ Heng-Shan Co., Ltd. Representative: Chin-Lung Lin｜Director & General Manager

  • Education: Mr. Lin holds an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University, USA. By combining international management education with practical experience, he provides strategic vision and financial expertise to support Jentech’s long-term operational planning and decision-making, while providing the Board with professional management expertise and an international perspective.

  • Industry Experience: Mr. Lin joined the Board in 2013. After serving as Deputy General Manager of the Business Department, he was appointed General Manager in 2021. He currently oversees operations, business development, and procurement management. In addition, he serves as the Company’s spokesperson, responsible for external investor communications. His extensive experience in operations and management enables him to provide the Board with valuable guidance on market development and strategic management.

+ Hsin-Chong International Co., Ltd. Representative: Feng-Chun Kuo｜Director & CFO

  • Education: Mr. Kuo graduated from the Department of Finance at National Taiwan University. With a solid foundation in financial management, capital markets, and risk management, he is able to accurately evaluate corporate financial strategies, monitor capital operations, and provide the Board with guidance on capital planning and governance, supporting effective decision-making and long-term strategic development.

  • Industry Experience: Mr. Kuo joined the Board in 2022. As Vice General Manager and CFO, he leads finance, corporate governance, ESG, human resources, IT, and plant construction. He also serves as the acting spokesperson in investor relations. With his in-depth understanding of internal operations and capital structure, he helps strengthen the Board’s governance effectiveness and financial transparency.

+ Hsin-Chong International Co., Ltd. Representative: Chien-Tsai Chang｜Director

  • Education: Mr. Chang graduated from the Department of Mechanical Engineering at National Cheng Kung University. He brings strong technical expertise and deep industry insight to the Board, ensuring that investment decisions, technology adoption, and production planning are aligned with the Company’s long-term strategic objectives.

  • Industry Experience: Mr. Chang previously served as Director of the Development Department at Sampo Corporation and as Deputy Manager at Megamedia corporation. Since joining the Board in 2010, he has served as Senior Vice President of the R&D Center at Jentech, leading technical integration and new product innovation. His experience in R&D and product development provides critical professional support for the Board’s technology strategies.

+ Heng-Shan Co., Ltd. Representative: Jheng-Cing Wu｜Director

  • Education: Mr. Wu graduated from the Department of Banking at National Chengchi University and holds an EMBA in Finance from National Taiwan University. His background in accounting, banking, and finance supports the Board in financial decision-making and the maintenance of financial stability.

  • Industry Experience: Mr. Wu joined the Board in 2019. With decades of experience in the financial markets, he was one of founders of Fubon Bills Finance and has served as Executive Vice President of Fubon Securities. He is currently Chairman of China Bills Finance Corporation and of the R.O.C. Bills Finance Association. His expertise significantly enhances the Company’s financial strategy and competitiveness.

+ Yen-Ling Fang｜Independent Director

  • Education: Ms. Fang holds a master’s degree in Law from Soochow University, an MBA from National Chengchi University, a Ph.D. in Finance from Xiamen University, and an MBA from Tulane University. She is a certified public accountant, M&A professional, trust and estate planning specialist, and securities analyst.

  • Industry Experience: Ms. Fang served as a Partner at KPMG for 30 years and currently serves as CEO of Peace & Grace International Attorneys at Law, Chairman of the Chinese Wealth Heritage Consulting Association, CEO of Succession Family Office, and Executive Committee Member of the Taiwan Corporate Governance Association. Her strong professional background as a certified public accountant and governance experience enhance the Board’s oversight and decision-making quality.

+ Pei-Zen Chang｜Independent Director

  • Education: Dr. Chang graduated from the Department of Civil Engineering at National Taiwan University and earned a Ph.D. in Theoretical and Applied Mechanics from Cornell University. His research focuses on micro-electro-mechanical systems, electromagnetic mechanical systems, and superconducting mechanics. As a distinguished scholar with profound academic expertise, he has numerous publications in international journals and multiple patents, demonstrating strong technical and theoretical capabilities.

  • Industry Experience: Dr. Chang served as a Technology Advisor to the Ministry of Economic Affairs and as Vice President of the Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI). In 2025, he assumed the role of President of ITRI, continuing to lead Taiwan’s national technology strategy and industrial development. He is also a Professor at the Graduate Institute of Applied Mechanic, National Taiwan University, and Dean of the NTU College of Design and Innovation (D-School), bringing independent and forward-looking insights to the Board’s corporate governance.

+ Shen-Kuo Hsu｜Independent Director

  • Education: Dr. Hsu graduated from the Department of Law at National Taiwan University. He holds a Master of Laws from the George Washington University, a Master of Public Administration from Harvard University, and a Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco. He is admitted to practice law in the State of California, USA. His expertise focus on law and organizational conflict management. He has authored several influential works, including Conflict Management and Decoding the Heart, reflecting a strong academic foundation and practical integration of theory.

  • Industry Experience: Dr. Hsu has extensive experience across the legal, technology, and international business sectors. His background includes founding a startup in Silicon Valley and teaching in Peking University and Tsinghua University. He currently serves as a Professor at the Center for General Education, National Taiwan University, and as an Arbitrator with the Chinese Arbitration Association, Taipei. , contributing prudent and independent judgment to the Board.
